I strongly doubt Steam will refuse your refund request.
What would annoy me is to wait for 2 hours in queue just to discover I cant stabilize the framerate and I cannot refund it...
*Also, by the way, a benchmark tool would be useful (since the tutorial range doesnt give valuable data)
But yeah, these people having issues with steam support kinda got me confused on why they're having issues.
Well, I’m glad you’re not refunding and you’re playing the game. I enjoyed the game very much when I got to play and I plan on playing it a lot more I’m gonna have more time. It can be a lot of fun
Yeah the game is fun, my only concern was about the performance and the strict Steam system for refunds (I always though, steam should force Developers to choose what amount of hours their game is expected to last, and then aply a % of said number as the max limit for refunds... As is not the same to play 2h of a 4h long game, than play 2 hours of a game from a studio like ubisoft, that will pretend to sell me the idea their games will last 200h...) [In other words, if amount of hours is going to get exploited as advertising, this should be also a double edged blade where they should be having a wider window for refunds]
I waited a week before giving the game another chance and the couple patches they added improved the experience to an enjoyable point with my hardware so there was no reason to refund.
