Stuck looking at the ship in space.

Okay, i've managed to get through the hellscape of the queue...SIX times now, only to end up stuck on the visuals of my SES Beacon of Humankind. No way to click past it, and trying to load in on some one else, gets you stuck in that infinite cryopod bug, without your character loading in and being able to hear it move about. Waiting and trying again yields nothing. So, with my vast 11 hours of clocked time i have managed to complete the tutorial training camp.....the hell is this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥? it's one thing having to sit and wait in the queue for a stupid amount of time but when you finally get in you're bugged out and can't actually do anything and the only solution is ALT+F4.

Same here. I finally got in at one point (without seeing the staring at ship screen), and when loading into a mission it was just infinite loading.

Had this problem too. Then i turned on my vpn just out of curiosity and it loaded me onto my ship and now works lol
Edit: Nvm, now i just get an infinite load screen when trying to touch down on a planet -_-

Similar experience. I can unplug my ethernet and plug it back in, it'll let me past the staring at ship screen and onto the bridge.
But then when I try to launch a mission, it hangs on infinite loading screen.
If I try to launch the tutorial instead, it hands on infinite loading screen.

Same here, I can boot up the game and even get past the queue but I just end up looking at my ship in the Tibit system. Cant open a menu or anything, just look at my ships blinking lights in orbit.

Same with me, even as the server pop is going down still having trouble. They need to get it together.

i had this same issue, fix for me was to turn off my VPN

hey all: turn off your windows firewall and then you'll get through the ship screen and have access to online. hope this helps! you can turn it back on after getting through

I'm lvl 10 and have a few hours of play behind me. This is not the firewall's fault
