The memory could not be read.
A couple of times when I've been playing as well as alt-tabbing out of fullscreen, I then crash sometime shortly after while in a co-op mission.
I'm getting an application error: The instruction at 0x0000000140644014 referenced memory at 0x0000000000000000. The memory could not be read.
This doesn't trigger the game's crash report function.

This is a brand new PC so I need to figure out if this is an issue with the game or if there is a possibility the RAM or SSD is bad before things go out of warranty. The popularity of the game makes it basically impossible to contact the developers so I don't know what to do.

I haven't had any issues with anything else.

Was having this error in World of Warcraft a few weeks ago and an sfc /scannow seems to have fixed it.

If it doesn't you might consider a full Windows install to be sure but otherwise start running memory diagnostics on your RAM sticks.

Having this same issue, did you ever figure anything out?
If this is an access violation error, i had this before and solved it, by what you will not like. Your cpu is probably bad. Access violations are usually caused by a bad component, ram, cpu, or mobo. Look at CPU after you have done a Ram test, and then do a Cpu swap to see if its still there. if both those check out good, swap your mobo.
I eventually solved by deleting my user settings for the software, and it's gone away w recent updates...
