Far as i know you cant refund a game on steam if you added it to your library through the use of a KEY.it would have had to be bought from the store itself and have less than 2 hours played on it.

The devs made NO money from you buying from a key reseller so refunding would stupid. If you have a problem go to the place you brought it from and ask there.
