Completely reset to level 1?

So I finally got back into the game after the servers being full error... and I'm level 1, at the start of the tutorial. I played for a couple hours earlier and was about level 5, before I left and couldn't get back in. I also had an issue with the steam cloud save not syncing for this game as well, when i came back. Now it also only shows i have 16min of played time in steam.

I have a fix for this and it worked for me. Go to the game exe file and make it launch in administrator mode. then launch the game and it should work
