Sounds like you got further than I did. I managed to get the money into balance but it won't process the order, so I'm getting nothing. You should open a ticket with Steam/Valve on that.

Yes, let them know it's going to impact micro transaction purchases. That's how you get business to care. Someone drop this in the discord if it still exists. Try to get it in front of business. I bet you see a resolution in hours.
