Can someone help me with sprint??

My sprint and stratagems menu won't work randomly. I have to close the game completely and try again. Sometimes it still won't work, and sometimes it randomly will. I'm playing with default sprint and stratagems binds. My god, I can't understand how a bug like this can happen. I understand matchmaking issues, but sprint and stratagem menu? WTF.

Just encountered this same issue. Had to restart the game to try to fix it and now I’m back in login q hell

rebind sprint to mouse 4 and strata to some other button of your choosing. if you have that option or use a different keys? Kinda obvious workaround no?

Got this bug too, sprinting just randomly stopped working. Checked shift key, which sprinting was bound to, working perfectly outside of the game and detected when rebinding keys.

I experimented with keybindings a bit and noticed that when bugged out, sprinting does not work with any of the modified keys(ctrl, alt, shift) but works when bound to any of the alphanumerics(a-z etc). Ended up rebinding it to space, which seems to be working for now. Haven't restarted the game yet but while shift is bugged, space is working. Will update after restart.

i think its a lag issue when i imput a stratagem it sometimes miss the last key , just gotta wait a milisecond to make sure it got the input. sprinting i think is fine just i cant tell when my leg is injured and sprint dosnt work. theres also lots of terrain and effects that disable sprinting.

That's not our issue. When it doesn't work, it doesn't work at all. Stratagems menu doesn't open to show key inputs. Stamina bar doesn't show and my character runs ordinary speed on clean ground without bushes and water.

do you guys happen to have medal installed or games that add hotkey functions? i just reecently installed medal to game capture and i was having this issue, i turned of medal, rebooted and now seems working

I don't. I changed to fullscreen mode and it ruined the buttons. It was working flawlessly otherwise. Switched back to borderless window and my SHIFT and CTRL are both working again.

BOYS i found the Solution!!! IN Settings the new damn update changed randomly some setting, stupid i know, make it make sense. BUT what you need to change is in Keybinds! Nearby on Sprint and Strategem is another slot where is written something like "hold" or "Double Tab" You need to press on it and change it do "press" only it should activate instantly AND same thing for Strategem LEft side nearby the key STRG in keybind settings you find the same button to press where is written "Hold long" or something like that. Just change it to "Press" and it Activates Quickly again as we all know it and like it. Hope that helped you. Lets Fight again For DEMOCRACY!

We had this error since release. Nothing to do with the new update.
However, I don't have this problem anymore. Haven't had the issue since I switched to borderless window.
