Blue Screen error

I have a problem starting the game. When I start the game, the system freezes and a blue screen appears with the Kmode Excpetion not handled error and the source of the problem is amdppm.sys, of course I tried to fix it myself with the help of guides etc. but nothing helps.

your information indicates it's a kernel program fatal error.
the kernel level anti-cheat this game uses is know to cause BSOD on it's user in the past, there is also plenty of people here on this sub-forum and anti-cheat sub-forum having the same issues with you. unfortunately there will be nothing you can do and my advice to you is to back up your important data if you decides to continue playing.
