Mouse and keyboard stop working

I use sunshine+moonlight to run the game on my PC and play game on my laptop(There are some reasons that make me can't approach to my PC and my laptop is not able to run the game). It works well yesterday(2024/02/16). But when I try to play game today(2024/02/16) ,mouse and keyboard just unable to work after the game start.All the things work well before the helldiver2 started, and after the anticheat system loaded and the game window appear, I can't move my mouse or input some key by keyboard.
It seems that the anticheat system banned the vitural input made by sunshine(a game-stream server running on PC) incorrectly.
I'm really eager for some helping.

That issue happens to me, too. There are already cases where the issue occurs due to Nprotect Gameguard.

Same. using Barrier on a laptop with linux to control my pc in another room, doesn't work at all.

It was working for me a week ago through Steam Link Android. But it also is no longer working for me now.

Yep - can't use custom steam controller setup anymore it seem either - no mouse :(

the mouse working before update 007. if nprotect just only against normal user why not develop a real cheat I would be delighted to support them.

I spent three hours last night loading a black screen just to find out I can't use m&k. I had to plug in a controller to my PC for it to get through the tutorial. I use moonlight/sunshine, but not even steam link works.

Guy's the only workaround I found is using Parsec to connect to your virtual computer

This sucks, but If you still wanna use Moonlight. Sunshine doesn't work. But able to play fine if you disable Sunshine, and enable Shield GameStream in GeForce Experience instead. You will have to connect to the same PC again, with another PIN that GeForce should give you. Also add "C:\Windows\System32\mstsc.exe" For desktop.
Haven't found a way to contact nProtect to whitelist sunshine, but hopefully someone from
Arrowhead Game will contact them on our behalf, but haven't seen them respond to this at all sadly.

but I can‘t find shield gamestream in GeForce Experience after I update it

I have bought Helldivers 2 and enjoyed it a few weeks. I also control the gaming rig via Moonlight. The anti-cheat by nProtect has incorrectly disabled the keyboard and mouse inputs. Now I am stuck not able to play the game and cannot ask for refund at this point, so much problems caused by little thought-through update by nProtect. This nProtect company has so much bad vibe around them, they don't really know what they doing and impact users negatively. Reading the thread many people have been cut from playing the game since the patch around Feb 16th.

Shout out to Arrowhead to enable keyboard and mouse input through Moonlight again!!! Is there a ticketing system this can be raised with them?
