Can't buy items/claim items with medals

I only have one issue, I can't get anything from the store or pass.

It says buy/claim with M1, but it does nothing. It let me buy super credits, but the rest isn't working.

My fault, I didn't understand the UI. You have to hold M1 on the button on the bottom right side.

I'm having this problem right now, I'd actually hold down and it's just an endless loop of "claiming item". I back out, doesn't update, and no medals are spent.

This just happened to me and was able to log back in after restarting game and being in the server full loop. purchased a ship upgrade and an item with medals, both missing as well as currencies, now in queue again to see if that changes anything. the battlepass item progressed my battlepass but didn't reward the item. the ship upgrade hurts tho.

I am having the same issue...but even for awhile there, I couldn't receive the medals I earned aswell...the game is soo good, people are overplaying the servers lol

Game is so good servers can't even keep up it keeps putting me in a queue to even load into the game and when I do I can't even join others, and I'm also having the issue where I can't buy or claim rewards, ig devs didn't expect this game to blow up like it did. I bet they working real fast to expand services right now.

Came here looking for a fix for the same issues as mentioned above. ATM if you relog you get all the currencies you didn't get after missions. It's tracking the stuff but only between logins. Same with claiming and buying. It works, you just have to exit and relaunch for it to update.

Would be nice if I didn't have to completely restart my game everytime I wanna add/update something I purchased.

I lost 100 rare (orange) samples for upgrading my ship and nothing happened. It was just gone and no upgrade.

same case here, guys. The first buy sometimes goes through but any buys after that are getting stuck without completion. I have to go to another tab, and when I try again, same thing happens. probably because of the huge server issues right now.

Same problem. I was able to buy three items but now i am stuck on claiming item
