DLC not in game

I bought the super citizen version but have non of the items in game reinstalled still not there contacted playstation support said cant do anything and to go to steam support but it just says to go to playstation support any ideas how to fix or do i just need to refund.

what kind of DLC you wanna see? on board of ship your DLS is:
- helmet
- armor
- cloack
- status "SUPERCITIZEN"
- weapon
- stratagem
- aaand some kind of a PREMIUM Battlepass (press R on ship to see it)
all of this you can find in customization menu in armory on the ship, when you complete a training.

I would like to say I also purchased the dlc but didn't receive anything. I cannot access the new battlepass as well. I restarted the game and still nothing works.

I had the same issue, go to game property and uncheck and check the dlc. The restart 1 or 2 times and each time check armory if the items are added.

ATTENTION anyone having issues with not receiving all Super Citizen Edition items, please follow the following steps.

1. At the top of Steam go to Help > Steam Support > Games, Software, etc. > HELLDIVERS 2 - Upgrade to Super Citizen Edition > "I want to permanently remove this game from my account" > "Ok, remove the listed games from my account permanently" (don't worry it won't actually remove it permanently)

2. Launch Helldivers 2

3. Ensure your PSN is linked (unsure this is necessary, better safe then sorry)

4. Close the game and go back to the support page mentioned in step 1 but instead click "It's not in my library" > "Restore the previously removed package to my account"

5. Launch Helldivers 2

6. You should have all Super Citizen items (server connection permitting)

Thank you to Barabas Dantioch for discovering this fix - Personally i didnt have to do the PSN part.
