Adjust Relay Dish Bug

I am in a solo mission, NEARLY finished with it after 35 minutes. I need to realign a radar dish and it WILL NOT let me off of the wheel. I hear the ping indicating it is aligned, but am locked on to the wheel, I cannot shoot, move, throw a grenade, dive, or die apparently as the enemies won't even come near me. A whole mission botched from this bug.

Just to check, you did try to hit Use key ('E' default) to release yourself?

Only asking because I've seen some videos already where people don't realise this unless someone points it out. Mind you I would prefer if you could just move out of it which would feel less awkward IMO.

I left the use key as the default "E" so yes. Im pretty sure I had hit every key on the board as well lol.
