AUDIO CRACKLE FIX

I'm on Windows 10 and I had audio crackle problems both on ship and in-mission, but I found that if I changed my speaker properties (or w/e you're getting audio in from like headset or w/e) to 16 bit, 44100 Hz (CD Quality) the crackle stopped.

On windows 11 I changed it to 24 bit, 192000Hz and the cracking definitely got better, but still not completely gone
