It's technically not violating anything. Servers can be unexpectedly swamped. That's what happened. Many games have had this issue. Including ffxiv. Every single expansion has had the servers swamped for days.
Delete file and windows mode does not work... I hope is only because the server is full and that it does not come from my computer/drivers or from the cheat engine as dubious as the one used by capcom
Now takes almost 5 minutes or more for the game to start, it will just sit on a black screen until then.

400k people sounds like a lot but it honestly kind of isn't. GAAS games can hit a mil plus concurrent players. Scaling up to meet this demand should be automated 1st and hit the devs as a bill 2nd, not what this current nonsense seems to be.
