Helldivers 2 not Launching?

I've been having issues with multiple games related to the Unreal Engine.
Intel Core i9 14900K processor has issues, apparently.
First fix was to download the Intel Extreme Tuning Utility and reduce the "Performance Core Ratio" to 53x.
Second fix isn't related to the processor but to Helldivers itself.
It requires you to have "Visual Studio 2012 (VC++ 11.0) Update 4 (no longer supported)" installed.

See if that helps if you have issues starting Helldivers II and crashing often.
