"jump pack is avalable to everyone" Except it isnt.

Every time i open my stratgems to deploy the Jump Pack from the "experimental" modifyer, it says its Unavailable.

Same here, Seems like everything goes out untested. Why test it before hand when you can have the paid playerbase do it. Not once have I played and not had something wrong that impacted game play enough to be annoying.

See I thought it was because I already had a backpack equipped but nah. Even when I dropped my current backpack, still unable to call it down. Devs had good intentions but they forgot to test things out.

Thats the wierd thing, every other time a "experimental" modifyer has been present it worked fine. Its just this one all of sudden doesn't work.

Normally when they do these experimental modifyers it just means you can Double up on a certain stratagem. But yeah this one doesn't seem to be working.
