Need support related to PSN account

Try log-in today and get to a screen told my psn is suspended, try to lookup what happened and from the psn support page it said they should had send a e-mail to inform why the account is suspended so I check my e-mail, and I can't find any of said e-mail, then I find the possible reason of why I get suspended
A PSN registration confirmation e-mail of psn is in the junk bin, my account is not confirmed after 7 days and get suspended, since I only make the PSN account for this game and the link account process don't need the psn account to pass the confirmation so I completely not aware of the problem
I know it is part of my fault but I don't know what i can do to resolve the problem now, I try contact the psn support but they need my user ID which I can't check for it now since I can't login PSN, I have no way to reactivate the PSN account

What can I do now?

I have the same problem, but my acc was banned for mail.ru mail

Well, usually your user ID is the email you tried to register with.
If you can start the game up you might be able to see your Helldivers 2 ID somewhere in the settings or the start menu, with that you could contact PSN or the Helldivers devs directly and they might be able to unlick your Helldivers from the previous account to assign to a new account.

Every PSN support request a online id (not my email) at the first step, which is a random suggest one when i make the account and no way i can remember it. And i can't go past the login screen of helldiver2 so i can't get my helldiver id either, basically screwed here

A quick googles search reveals a rather annoying workaround, but a workaround none the less. You can find details here, following the steps you should be able to relink Helldivers 2 with a new account that hopefully wont get suspended again.
