Weird dark circle on my screen

On some maps i have a big dark circle in the centre of my screen, its like there is a world sized dark spot that is like im looking through sunglasses.

dose it take up the entire right side and you see the circle on the left side ? as i get that all the time and its starting to "bug" me

I have a light blue medium size circle on the right side of my screen as well if this is what you guys are talking about
