Installed AMD Adrenalin yesterday, worked, today, doesn't work.

So yeah, I installed AMD Adrenalin yesterday, on a fresh system, a factory reset every year or two 'cause Window's garbage and accumulates garbage, and yesterday I was almost enjoying myself with the fact that driver-based frame generation worked, smoothing out the Xbox 360 or 2005-level performance of the game, and after a godawful day, I log in, and AMD Adrenalin Software overlay doesn't show up with neither Alt-Z or Alt-R, only the cursor's changed, but the overlay isn't there, and my performance stats in the corner are stuck at FPS N/A.
Baldur's Gate 3 works, VRChat works, Deep Rock Galactic works, every other ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ DX11/12 enabled title works, but THIS, Jesus Christ, fix this and/or add FSR 3.

Hell, I can't even open AMD system tray while this game's running, and when existing the game everything suspiciously works again, what in the actual.
