Scrollwheel now stops working randomly - Can't scroll to select strategem/loadout

A couple of weeks ago they seem to have fixed a couple of bugs that were really problematic...

1. My strategem call-in is mapped to my numpad, which the game would forget every time I restarted it. Sometimes I'd dive, forgetting I hadn't remapped my strategem call-in keys.

2. After a handful of dives, the mouse input would seem to go erratic, meaning that on the galactic war map it would just continually toggle between two adjancent sectors or planets. On the Option screen it would just keep cycling through horizontally scrolling settings (e.g. the three windows modes). This made the strategem selection screen impossible to use during pre-dive prep.

Then, for one or two glorious weeks, both of those bugs were resolved.

Now there's a new bug to spoil the fun:

After a few dives, randomly, the scrollwheel input won't register. This usually first manifests when trying to select strategems in pre-dive loadout. If you go into the Options menu, you can't scroll down the page unless using the arrow keys (same for the strategems list).

The only fix I've got for now is to quit and restart the game, which sucks when I've found a decent squad I want to keep diving with.

Should add that when I quit the game, my mouse input is working fine. (Logitech MX Master 35)

Yes I've had variations of mouse and keyboard bugs... I've had left or right and stratagem key be toggles, mouse keeps looking down at the floor, etc... just goes haywire sometimes... I can't desert a pattern on this big though but restarting game does clear it up till next flare up

YEP this has happened to me twice now. having to restart is my only solution as well.
