Not receivng major order rewards

Did not receive the rewards for the previous 3 major orders. Submitted a ticket on their website weeks ago and didn't help. Anyone with the same experience?

The same thing happens to me, I thought it was my mistake but after completing 2 more missions I realized that I simply don't get the reward, despite having completed them

I noticed yesterday, they were already buggy as hell. For a while we had more than 100% combined and later they just changed a planet... beyond belief...

Just logged in to check the new order and I found I didnt get the reward. I finished operations on two of the planets in the last order

No rewards, It discourages you from doing major order

The last time I didn't recieve major order reward I got them both a the same time like 6 days later. If you guys wait you'll get them eventually. That said, it would be normal to recieve no reward from 2 of hte last 3 MO since we failed them.

Yes I just logged in and I also did not receive the last major order although I did complete missions for it
