FIX The FUEL Pump Objective BUG!!

This bug has been around for a while. At the fuel depot, when it is time to turn the wheels on the fuel pumps to open them up, if you turn it the correct way, then accidentally hit "a" or "d" as you are disengaging from it using "e", the pump wheel will turn back the wrong way and you will not be able to interact with it again. RIP mission at that point.
