TEXT BUG: Borderline Justice Warbond - Sample Extricator

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Select the 'Sample Extricator' Booster - DO NOT PURCHASE IT.
2) Hit 'Tab' to see its stats. (or whatever your keybind)
3) Select ANY OTHER ITEM in that Warbond.
4) The ability of the 'Sample Extricator' will be listed for all other items.

I have not tested to see whether doing this procedure will result in the ability being mapped to other items purchased if you first select the 'Sample Extricator', but that would be broken (and funny).

I meant to respond to this earlier -- I tested whether I could get the function to map to another object. It wasn't likely to occur, but one never knows.

This is just a UI text bug.
