Cape Textures Incomplete

After the latest patch, a bunch of my capes are missing some of their textures. The "background" of the cape is there (like the pattern of the fabric itself), but the artwork on top of it (the silk-screening, if you will) is missing. It's affecting about a half-dozen capes. Not sure if anyone else is experiencing this. I've tried turning it off and on again, changing armor, and validating the game files.

Same, since last update have had the same issue. Looking around online seems a lot of textures were changed messing up a lot of armor/capes mods. But the odd thing is I am still running the game unmodded since initial install 6+months ago.

After weeks of troubleshooting this same problem, I finally found a solution - it seems that using DX11 breaks the capes. I had previously set DX11 in the game's launch options, removing it fixed the cape textures.
