After the last patch, the game don't launch. Error code 0x44415441. The developers are probably aware of the problem, but it will take several weeks to solve it.

reinstalling didn't help, I cleaned the files as well, to no avail, it's a bit of a shame huh

Did you manage to get your visual mods working again or are you just running it vanilla for now?
So did any find a way to get the visual gun mods working
i still cant get it to work i installed a couple visual mods of nexus then put them in the data file and i cant find them now i looked for dates that didn't match up but theres nothing yet the game still wont open i cant even find the mods on file explorer anymore i'm so confused HELP!!!! please
This error code in hexadecimal error code translates in plain english to DATA. There's probably a specific file that is corrupted, malformed, or missing. Even if you reinstall a game on Steam certain files will still persist after the reinstall. In the case of Helldivers 2 there is a directory that need to be manually deleted:

%APPDATA%\Arrowhead

You can find this file by manually pasting these paths into the Run dialogue (Win + R). After you delete this restart your system and reinstall Helldivers 2. This will force the game to recreate it.

I would also delete any mod folders if you have those with your mod manager (if you have one). Likely when Arrowhead releases a new update or any of these mods update this launch issue will be patched. I can't guarantee this will work as I haven't had this issue this is just my best guess.

It's all good I'll try to explain the best I can. I can't guarantee this works for you but it might help.

You can use this macro input to open your run dialogue:
Win + R
Once this is open you can input this to go to your local data folder:
%appdata%
From there you'll want to delete the Arrowhead folder (this wont delete any of your player data since it's stored in the Helldivers 2 server).

Then you can verify your game files in Steam by right clicking on Helldivers 2 > Properties > Verify Game Files.

Delete all mods.
They can be found by searching in the game files "patch_"
