Game crashing often when alt-tabbing
CDT and then every window and my desktop go black until I restart PC. I've tried every fix people have recommended in the forum and then more. I suspect the issue is not fixable on my side.

YES IT DOESN'T WORK WITH alt TAB. it's not even one of the programs you can select.

Big Kusa Time, you can simply restart the video driver to fix the black screen.
