All you described are internet related issues, most likely caused by your ISP or faulty network device.
You could try the tips here
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3235564264
But you have better chances by testing another connection method aka via mobile data e.g.
When I loaded from my hot spot the game crashed on start up, as per usual but when I restart my PC the following link automatically loaded up.
https://gameguardfaq.nprotect.com/eng/con_13.html
The only thing I can think of as a background app / something that's running during the game that might be causing problems is Opera but that seems unlikely?
Can I assume you not only deleted the Game guard folder but also uninstalled it cleanly and reinstalled it?
Does the issue persists with DEP and UAC deactivated?
Could you additionally share a DxDiag report so we could exclude any other issues, such as Asus hardware and software typical issues?
A new DxDiag report would be preferable if the Arrowhead support with your latest one.
I haven't tried DEP and UAC will give that a try later.
DxDiag report here[easyupload.io].
Huh. According to your DxDiag report it does not say Helldivers 2 is causing issues, but rather an app of yours which came with the mainboard. Easy Tune. It seems to interfere with your system's stability by trying to overclock the CPU, leading to several issues with Windows - might be related to the latest Windows update if you did not have the issue before.
Do you need that app to begin with?
What is the result of testing it with DEP & UAC disabled?
Another player with a similar, yet different issue had success with disabling RAM overclocking. So seeing that your PC is having issues with an overclocking app might be related.
Are you using XMP/EXPO aka is it enabled in BIOS? Did you try with those disabled?
Post Scriptum: I found out that disabling the kernel core isolation protection should "resolve" the issue. Best to keep that option available after trying DEP & UAC first.
You actually can do something about it, if you read the posts properly.

It is a different issue than above. Your pagefile is a little too low and you should double it. That put aside, you have the common ntdll issue. Try the performance tip with core and DEP/UAC - if you already tried repairing Windows with this https://www.nexusmods.com/helldivers2/mods/93
Therefore you have to check those three things in the guide.
I will try to fighter with this tomorrow and let you know how did it go, Sorry to say I did not understand this part that my file is to low and should be double..can you please explain, I am only a sample user :-)
See performance tip 3 in the guide - virtual memory
also you can use this

Will try all tips today and hope to win this war :-) I love this game and I will note let it go :-) it is not translating issue. I only did think that there are information missing in my Dx as you wrote that I need to double something in it ;-) . Ok so will try virtual memory and this dll file repair, will let you know after.
