Mhm. I can see why you are having issues.
Firs thing first, your storage capacity is at its limits. That can cause issues as the pagefile / virtual memory and cache cannot be created properly anymore.
Second: your Windows has multiple errors that updates could not be installed - that could be related to the storage issues.
Third: your RAM is starting to get too low for what you are trying to do. You should be still able to play Helldivers 2, but something on your system is causing a memory leak
If you are having issues with a board game, then you know you are having issues all over with the PC.
You can run your board game if you use this, and you can try it for Helldivers 2

But overall I do not see much hope right now - not without full maintenance.
If you just bought the game and you are below the two hours refund window, I recommend to refund Helldivers 2 and save your money.
If Helldivers 2 worked before, you need to do a lot to make it work.
Starting by making more space on C: and then adjusting pagefile and settings to allow your PC work maximum performance on games instead of OS.
You can and should use many of the tips here

but again, your PC is at its capacity if it already has issues with updates
For a second opinion you can also consult Arrowhead support. Maybe they have another tip for you: https://arrowhead.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
If you send them your DxDiag report, it will make the support request much quicker as well. Good luck!
And try reducing your resolution, as the impact on your PC is heavy, not just on your GPU card.
