Before this change, exiting a vehicle could be done by pressing your 'Interact' key again. If you have changed your 'Interact' input binding from the default, pressing it again will no longer exit you from the vehicle due to the new 'Exit' binding which is bound to the 'E' key on PC, and the 'X' button on PlayStation 5, by default.
To exit your vehicles, you can either press 'E'/'X', or you can rebind the 'Exit' input by doing the following:
Launch HELLDIVERS 2 and open the in-game menu
Go to the Options tab, then select either the 'Controller' or 'Mouse & Keyboard' menu, depending on what you use
Select 'Change Bindings'
Stay on the 'General' tab and scroll down until you find the 'Vehicle' sub-menu
Find the 'Exit' binding and set it to your preferred input
