Cant Buy SC - Steam Overlay - Manjaro

I cant buy SC in the ingame Store.
It tells me that the steam overlay isnt active.
But all my settings in steam tell me its active.

OS: Manjaro (Arch)
Tested with:
Steam Native
Steam Runtime
Steam Flatpak

with different versions of Proton like
Hotfix
Experimental
10 (beta)


it used to work at least with the Flatpak Version of Steam.
Is there a Solution /Workarround?
Testing all Verisons of Proton?

Id like to spend some money on HD2, but it i guess steam doest want me to ^^
