You are having memory leak and Windows UAC issues.
You need to whitelist the game so it can run properly to begin with. In doubt run the game as administrator.
Right-click on the game in your Steam Library -> Manage -> Browse local files -> bin -> right-click on helldivers2.exe -> compatibility -> run as admin
then run the exe - if UAC asked you if its okay to run the app, confirm. In doubt try with UAC temporarily disabled
if you use additional security software, whitelist the game there too. If you do not whitelist, the game cannot do anything as it is a multiplayer game and needs permissions to connect
For the memory leak, use this

Happy to help. And welcome to Helldivers 2!

Yes. The error changed.
It says your Malwarebytes is creating issues and eventually there is a corrupted file.
Try disabling Malwarebytes antivirus completely temporarily as mentioned above (that is what I meant by another security app interfering with your PC)
and then right click on the Windows icon in your taskbar and run powershell/terminal as administrator (or press WIN+R and enter "cmd")
Then use the following commands one after another to have a Windows checkup
confirm with enter then
confirm with enter and let the PC check.
Afterwards, trigger Windows updates manually and see if your PC is missing any updates because of the Malwarebytes interference.
