TR-117 Alpha Commander Armor Set

Every time I try to refresh, reload, or anything on the DLC page it never gives me the ability to download the armor. No buttons all that can be done is add it to wishlist. Did this already end and can not be gotten again? Have the game, played it today, still can't download anything.

Same here, it just says the game is required but we have the game
