Missing Killzone Items

My brother has owned the game for awhile, and he booted up the game today but he wasnt given the killzone items? he's only level 1 because he completed the tutorial and left it for awhile.

Is there something he has to do to unlock it?

He isn't the only one. Similarly I started up the game just earlier to get the Helghast stuff from the store, but haven't received the newest one.

Same. I don't see the free killzone items, or any killzone item options for that matter

just got mine after logging back in this morning. I had already been in game twice a little before my third log in. so it seems to be happening in waves as stated above. i'd try again shorlty
