This isn't happening for any other games and from what little research I've done it doesn't seem like the ntdll.dll seems to be the root cause.
Sometime within the next week i might try to wipe my windows install and see if that fixes it.
You might be on the wrong track with thinking it is the CPU. It is indeed a hardware issue. Presumably due to your RAM settings. You should check that in detail as you have not shared a DxDiag report. Look for XMP/EXPO and tune it down according to your motherboard.
If the issue persists, use memtest for a thorough check, after unplugging the RAM and replugging them properly to assure it is no loose contact issue.
I have not found a solution, and i believe its a coding error. I believe there is an open loop pulling on the CPU until failure. I have found no solution inside of settings, drivers, BIOS or an other software updates.
Use this and try again

if the issue persists, share a DxDiag report
Thanks, will try that.. but why the hell is this a thing!? xD
The DxDiag report can tell us more - you find the how to in the guide bottom section.
The steps in the guide seems to have fixed the random crashing
