HDR Disabled on HDR Monitor

I've been playing with HDR enabled in-game since the game came out. Other games also allow me to play with their in-game HDR. Recently, possibly since this recent patch, my option to select HDR is greyed out. I can't pick it, I tried switching between fullscreen borderless and fullscreen, toggling HDR in windows, etc. Has anyone else run into this?

yes I noticed that it is running HDR, but when i go to the armory it disables HDR, then when I exit armory it renables HDR. It also disables when I'm picking new stratagemens. very annoying.
