Wheel's Not working properly

Comms Wheel, Emote Wheel, and Drop Wheel will show up, but I can only use the choices on the right side of it. Almost like there is a vertical line right down the center, anything to the right I can click and do, but if I try to mouse over the left of it, it stops right in the middle, and wont let me go over that side at all, almost like its the edge of a screen. But, the wheel's show up in the middle of the screen. At first I thought it was disabled somehow, but I've come to understand it isn't suppose to work that way. How do I go about fixing this? Or is this a known bug? or what?

The only way I can drop a backpack is to pickup another one to replace it. Please help!

I had this problem too. You have to rebind it in the menu. Go to Keyboard and Mouse, Communication, then look for the menu. In mine, the input was blank.
