BUG REPORT: Seismic Probe Stratagem unavailable.

Not even sure how to reproduce?

Difficulty 7, Vog Sojoth, Second Seismic Probe, In a pit.

Nobody in the lobby- not even new joins- see the stratagem in the list.

Softlock.

My team and I had a similar softlock happen on Difficulty 7 Gacrux earlier tonight in which we were able to call in the probe, but the screen was blank for all of us. It was the last mission too, so we failed the whole operation because a technician didn't do their job.

I wouldn't be too harsh about it, it's probably gonna get fixed next patch.

Ah, in hindsight, I can see how it sounded like I was being a jerk. My bad for not giving enough context. What I meant was an NPC, not the devs. Sorry 'bout that. Also sorry for rambling in your bug report about my experience with similar, but unrelated bug.

I don't know if it's related, but on the nuke nursery drill mission if two people attempt to call down separate drills (in separate locations) at the same (or roughly the same) time, it will only call down one and bug out the other spawn location, meaning you can never call down a drill at that spot to complete the mission.
