Controller right RT button not firing my hand weapons

Since the update a strange thing occurred. I always used a Xbox controller, never had any problems, always worked.
However since the update the RT button will not fire my hand weapons. Now, before anyone says it's my controller I have put 2 others on and the same thing happens to each.
I can use the RT button on the ship, I can launch strategms, and throw grenades, the only thing it won't let me do is fire any of my weapons on planet side.
I have even used the Exosuit and the RT and LT buttons will fire the weapons.
Anyone else have this issue? I sent a report to Arrowhead, This is actually the first problem I have encountered with controller ever, The controller works in every game, I thought maybe it was broken but it works in other Steam games.

I also have a controller issue, except it's with the A/X button depending if Xbox or Playstation. It only happens in HD2 and only since one of the last couple updates AND it's intermittent.
