[Helldivers 2] bugs and glitches
Hello. I started playing Helldivers 2 recently (during the patch when every weapon was nerfed), but I've already played over 200 hours and despite the now fully upgraded super destroyer, it's still fun to play.
However, many bugs and errors that interfere with the gameplay (or “total immersion”, so to speak), are very annoying and, at times, you have to re-enter the game itself because of this.
I will just make here a list of bugs that I have seen over times. Many of them are inexplicable in terms of the circumstances under which they reproduce.

1) After you are disconnected from the lobby network (a notification appears during the game "network connection error"), then when you reopen the galactic map on the planet, the displayed lobbies (their mission icons) will not be updated in a timely manner (they are shown as a lobby with free space, but you can’t go into them either). With all this, new open lobbies will appear on top of broken and unrenewed icons. They will continue to remain on the planet's map.
2) Rarely, but it does happen: after entering the lobby with random players, bugs / glitches can sometimes occur during animations (before and after) or in cases where the timer for waiting for players to dive into hell capsules has passed:
-You can be teleported into the textures of the ship (into the wall inside). You can't get out of there on your own. This glitch is fixed by the main host of the super destroyer exiting and re-entering the capsule with the players waiting for 30 seconds after the time has expired;
-You (or you, automatically) get into the hellpod, but the camera aimed at you does not move to the planet map, but freezes in place. At this moment there is no way to exit to the menu (not a single button on the keyboard gives any interaction). After a while the game crashes;
-Here in 50/50: There is a high probability that, after confirming the readiness of the entire team, you will fly to the planet in the background, but the mission (or rather the game) will not load. It will play the download endlessly. During this time, the noise of capsules falling from orbit in the background will lose its own sound, and the music will subside slightly. It can only be fixed by re-entering the game again;
-For some reason, sometimes the model of the chief officer of democracy (which stands at the table with the map of the galactic world) may not load the model. Only the head will hang in the air. May cause the game to crash;
3) The "Reinforcement" function sometimes does not work, or it works, but with a very long delay. This glitch is unstable in terms of playback and, it seems to me, it can be caused randomly by several reasons:
-When one of your teammates calls “Reinforcement” together with you at the same time or when spamming this stratagem;
-When the main host leaves the game;
-When you or one of your teammates calls the “Reinforcement” stratagem immediately at the moment of your (or their) death. For example, one dies, and the other calls. And at the moment the stratagem lands, the third one immediately dies before the time of calling, etc.
When this stratagem does not work, one specific player cannot be summoned. That is, you can still calmly call on the others, but she partially or completely ignores only one.
Partially fixed by spam with this stratagem (throw again and again, more than 4-5 times). The delay in the presence of a deceased player, in this case, can exceed more than a minute (or earlier than the recharge time of “Reinforcements”, as if their number had run out).
However, if this does not work, then the player for whom this stratagem does not work has to “return to civilian life” (or leave the match)
4) The Bile Titan's head damage is constantly ignored by anti-tank weapons like the "EAT-17 Expendable Anti-Tank", "GR-8 Recoilless Rifle", etc. It happens that he dies from only one well-aimed hit, but often with the same hit he may need at least 2 shots to the head. Maximum 3-4 hits.
5) When landing a hell capsule on a bug hole (to land on it and destroy it), you appear underground (or under the texture), from where you cannot get out except by blowing yourself up with a grenade or any explosive weapon.
6) After patch 1.000.400 (on difficulties 7-9) which was intended to rebalance the appearance of armored enemies in smaller numbers (small and medium enemies should be common), on the contrary, it increased the number of armored targets:
-Charger Behemoth (an improved version of the Charger. Before the patch, it was the rarest enemy on the Terminides side), now appears in 90% of cases both during a swarm and on patrols (their usual classic variations almost do not exist. You can say the roles have changed in terms of rarities). With all this, their number can vary from 1-3 to 4-6 per swarm breakthrough.
- Gunships (before the patch they were special enemies on the Automatons side, which were produced in special buildings that could only be destroyed with the help of a hellish bomb), the opinion about them is ambiguous: on the one hand, any penetrable weapon stops them, but when on the map of producing buildings from 2 -3 (maximum 4) and at the same time their air patrols often fly by, then it becomes annoying and extremely difficult to resist them in large numbers. This is taking into account the fact that each of them will constantly interfere with your aim and throw you all over the ground from side to side.
7) Sometimes on the map where zones with “Spore Spreaders”, “Shriekers Nests” and places of beetle nests were placed, the red zones do not disappear. (In the case of secondary objectives, they work, but the zones themselves may be highlighted in red; in the case of nests: their destruction may not count and you will not receive money and EXP);
8) Sometimes your aiming camera will break, forcing you to look at the edge of the map or move around with the zoom on your weapon. Partially fixed by changing weapons and re-activating the face aiming mode on them.
9) Landing on the hell capsule near the site of the nuclear reactor on the mission "Nuke Nursery" on the edge, you fall underground and, except for suicide, there is no way out of there.
10) Devastator and Factory Strider (Automatons): their machine guns always shoots throught textures, if they are close enough to a wall or behind a hill (example: a large rock);
11) Stratagems "MD-6 Anti-Personnel Minefield" and "MD-I4 Incendiary Mines" for unknown reasons, they sometimes become completely invisible. Example: when a stratagem is activated upon landing, an animation of mines being scattered around itself is played, but the mines themselves do not fly out. It may seem to you that they did not work, but this is not so.
-When walking through this field, there are no visual effects of explosions, but you receive damage (usually death). And from the outside it looks like the player is dying in this place for no reason.
-It’s the same with igniting mines, only the player catches fire.
P.S.: In one of the many games, we managed to find out that, except for the owner of the stratagem with mines, the other players do not see them in front of them.
12) When firing the "GL-21 Grenade Launcher" or "GP-31 Grenade Pistol" behind (or in front of) bushes, the projectile can get stuck in the bushes and kill you in front of them.
13) After reloading any weapon, by continuing to hold down the left mouse button, your weapon can often only fire one shot. After this, it will immediately go back to reloading without using the full magazine.
14) Sometimes after being knocked back, your character will not be able to shoot or run until you switch to any weapon.
15) Stratagem "A/ARC-3 Tesla Tower" it works incorrectly:
-Often strikes with lightning only at one target, rather than covering all enemy targets near it;
-Constantly shoots lightning at inanimate objects, trying to attack them. Example: any samples;
-Can kill you constantly, no matter how high you are above it
16) Doesn't always work. When trying to give yourself ammo from your backpack, the replenishment sound plays, but the cells themselves have not yet been spent. Sometimes you need to press the button again to give yourself ammo.
17) Mission "Evacuate High-Value Assets" can often glitch: the first wave of enemies will appear, and then they will stop appearing altogether. Consequently, the mission will not be able to advance further.
18) On mission "Launch ICBM" and "Activate E-710 Pumps" sometimes it is not possible to raise the gateways / turn on the pumps to activate the terminal step by step.
19) Secondary objective "SEAF Artillery" sometimes it does not allow you to activate the terminal: it may not count the number of shells placed in artillery, highlighting the “put shell” button. Only one projectile can show a deficiency. Others cannot be invested.
20) The "Experimental Infusion" booster has no description;
21) Sometimes, if you are kicked out of a match or if there is a network connection error, you may not be transported back to your super destroyer, but left on the background of the planet's surface without the ability to interact or chat. Fixed by re-entering the game.
22) Chargers and Chargers Behemoths for some reason continue to run at you for a while, being stunned. At the same time, their animation is either static (just standing still) or running at you sideways in slowmotion.

All of this is new to you at 200+ hours planet-side; veterans have been struggling with this for months. Individual notices for each struggle is better as it will coincide with other Helldivers reports of struggles.
