AMD cpu? Crap fps / gpu usage? This might help.

TLDR: Im using process lasso to disable SMT and getting more cores under load.
Results: THUS FAR my minimum fps has gone from 65 to 98
5800x3d, 3070, 32gb, win10, ssd.
Settings: Low af, 1440p

Pre-fix Avg cpu usage goes anywhere from 45-55% up to 75% didn't seem that bad then i looked at each core.

Cores 7,8,15,16 are hitting well into the 90%s for usage and when cpu usage is up gpu usage plummets along with fps and latency.

Drastically altering gpu load as many have said doesn't improve fps. It just lowers gpu usage and power draw.

Starting to look like my 5800x3d (on a 360 aio) is bottlenecking on our current patch.
(which is quite similar to what was happening when the esc menu bug triggered)

Post Fix
Disabling SMT via process lasso is resulting in 8 cores running at +90% load instead of 4.
(1,3,5,7,9,13,15)

Min fps is up, latency even at min fps feels MUCH better and democracy.
