Turn off controller audio for PS4 controller?

Does anyone know how disable audio coming out of the controller? Either in game or through windows settings?

Any help would be appreciated!

in windows, click on your volume icon and set your audio output to your system speakers, or other preferred device, instead of the wireless controller. This should help you out. If it is still doing it, there is something else going on that I have no experience with.
