It could be anything hardware or software related. Even driver timeouts can give you a hard crash. Happens to me with my 5700XT and is the reason why I can't play Helldivers anymore. The reason is the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ Autodesk Engine. Vermintide and Darktide have the same crashes for me if not played in DirectX11. Same engine.
That on point comment did not deserve to be ridiculed with a jester award.
Threadstarter is on their own if they make fun of anyone helpful.
I have a similar issue with my system.
Specs:
Cpu: Ryzan 9 5900x
GPU: RX 7600
Ram: 16 GB 4000hz
PSU: 750 watt
Only experienced this issue with helldivers. Can play jedi survivor or Star Citizen just fine but the moment I play helldivers my whole PC shutdown. not blue screen not crash or freeze. it turns off. I can't believe I have a faulty part as I do not experience this issue with anything else.
Could you record a short clip of that?
I have never seen myself nor ever heard of GameGuard doing such a thing.
Especially the power usage is pure nonsense. If your CPU and GPU are already drawing max. power, the anti-cheat can't magically double it. That's literally not how computers work.
