FPS drop after recent patch (09. april 2024)

I played the game with 50-80 FPS before the last patch.
Now I start the game and the FPS stay between 4 to 6 FPS.
What is going on?

There is really weird behavior of the game since the last patch.
If I play on my native resolution everything is fine. Good FPS.
As soon as I change the resolution, the FPS drop under 10 FPS.

Installed newest (NVIDIA) driver. FIXED! :)
