cant select stratagems

playing on mouse and keyboard - keep running into issues where I click to select a stratagem and the damn thing thinks im trying to switch to look at weapons. Literally impossible to play as the mouse does ♥♥♥♥ all at that point other than to endlessly cycle between menus. Seems to only happen randomly.

It's still happening 4/4/2025.
Annoying. Join a game and can't select any stratagems to use on mission. Forced to exit pod then reenter.
