Can't hear people in voice chat but they can hear me

I've been having the issue that I cannot hear people on the voice chat. I use wired headphones (hyperx SoundCloud alpha/ Razer Blackshark v2 I tried with both) and mic separately and both are set to default communication device in the control panel and windows sounds respectively. Whenever I change my standard communication device to my monitor it works fine without changing anything in game and I can hear people talking, same with my Bluetooth in ears. Just not my wired headphones.
For the wired headphones I use Realtek if that's related to the issue.

I opened a support ticket but so far no feedback so I'm praying someone has the answer for me here.
