AH Support tickets appear to be ignored.
I'm still crashing to desktop every game since the last update and Devs are ignoring X, Reddit, Steam posts and AH support tickets.

There are a lot of us with similar spec that can't play the game but no one seems to give a flying monkey fudge.

I wouldn't want to be without a Dev response or support, the game should be refundable.

I9 13, 4090.

Are you sure its not your motherboard cooking your CPU? thats a recent issue with Intel.

I've been monitoring the system and it's not my side and was fine before the last update too. Have a look at steam support and see how many people are also having the same issues with similar spec. The majority were fine before the last update as well.

Every game other than Helldivers 2 runs absolutely fine.

The Devs not responding is the bigger issue.

They will not listen. The game itself is faulty - way WAY too CPU-bound. We requested that they maybe optimize things in the game so that those who bought the game under the pretext that we met (or are above) minimum system requirements could play.

Posts that caught traction about this mysteriously disappeared and went unaddressed. I am done, most everyone is still fawning over these developers, but they are just as shady as anyone else. I just want a damn refund. Thats it. I am on attempt 5 for a steam refund, and have put in countless tickets about this. I just want my money back. No more arguing, no more being lied to, or gaslighted that there are no problems by console kiddies that play on low difficulty - I just want to get my money back and be on my way.

This is literally the ONLY game I have EVER had a problem running on my system. No exaggeration. This game is nowhere NEAR impressive enough to be causing ANY issues, let alone complete unplayability

It's been fifteen days and no replies on either Arrowhead or Arrowhead help on X/ Twitter. No response on AH support, steam or Reddit. I would create a discord but I can't stand the platform and will probably just get as far. How can they legally get away with ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ their own game up for a minority and not assist at all?

They don't reply to support tickets, sorry. Not sure if they even look at them. I assume they do but they just get such a huge volume of them they can't respond. I've been trying for months to at least get confirmation that a major bug that has been in the game since launch is known and in the backlog to be worked on, but can't get a response from anyone.

Dude, dial back your ram settings a little and try again. CTDs in games are typically hardware related.

If there was no problem before the last update and there are many of us with the same symptoms, why would I dial back and effect every other game for a Dev update issues?

My bro has the exact same machine as me and has the exact same issue, as do others.

I've attempted every solution online for the past two weeks whilst knowing it's not my side. I'm playing more demanding games at max setting with no issues.

This is a ArrowHead problem and I'm tired of the odd person saying it isn't.

I appreciate the fix suggestion but I've already done it and played the intel extreme tuning game too and I'm bored of trying to fix a game side issue.

The Devs should've responded by now but they clearly don't give a crap.

Lol you're a stubborn one. If you can't do something as simple as downclocking your ram that solves the crashing for this game, then stick to not being able to play the game at all.

Don't believe me? Run a ram stress test and watch the errors pop up.

Not like this will affect your performance with gaming at all.

Game still crashes for me since launch day, during the tutorial mission - every time. They've ignored all of my tickets.

I've diagnosed my system and had 0 issues come up, and I have 0 issues with more demanding games. Helldivers 2 is just broken for some people, and the devs don't seem to give af about acknowledging the problem.

it happens w Intel and AMD
it doesnt happen w any other game, only HD2
its not the hardware, bios settings, nor windows settings, or gpu settings, or game settings.
everything is updated, verified, fresh install, new drive, etc etc etc

cpu overheats, crashes game, crashes pc, forces reboot
its been like this for months
this same type of post appears DAILY here in the support forums and elsewhere.
many players are affected, its not getting fixed anytime soon.

just like their other game Magicka, it will likely take MULTIPLE YEARS if they ever do finally fix the constant crashing.

Save your suggestions because this ♥♥♥♥♥ on the unresponsive Devs. The same ones that are too busy on Discord, instead of dealing with support tickets.

I honestly feel for you and wish these n jockeys would actually take ownership of their shoddy practices.

I just don't get how they can ignore paying customers.

I'd happily take a refund on both accounts because it's just a bricked game. I've totally lost all faith in AH.

It doesn’t work because you’re not doing it right. Enabling XMP is the reason why you’re crashing in the first place in this game. Disable it. Select a ram speed that is slightly slower than what you’re originally running at. Save settings and exit BIOS.

AH support is not replying you because they don’t know what is wrong with your system since the majority of the players have no issue. Most run it fine, everyone on my friends’ list running this game doesn’t have any crashing issue lol it’s just a small minority.

I blame Sony. They introduced PSN as mandatory, Failed, but Now make the game unfun to make people quit so when they reintroduce PSN mandatory they don't get review bombed. They continue to refuse to buy more Servers and let 177 non PSN not non Arrowhead and or Steam countries back in... Oh I'm sorry Sony added three more to the list. It's SONY'S FAULT AND THEIRS ALONE. Sony can go bankrupt with Disney, Whatever company replaces it will learn from Sony's folly and thrive. Such is the nature of capitalism.
