Nvidia patch 551.76 issues

After the latest update my wife is having unplayable shuttering in game. We have tried driver update re-download and all the online patches. Re-downloaded game to m.2 over the 2.5 ssd and changed graphic setting. We both have 30 series card but her 3060 is acting like it is not running yhe game properly but all over games she plays are running normal. Any advice would be helpful.

Have you deleted her game's pre-update cache?

1. Disable Steam Cloud for the game

2. Go to %AppData% (copy&paste into Windows Explorer) -> Arrowhead -> delete Helldivers 2 folder

3. Set Shader Cache in Nvidia Control Panel to minimum 10 GB

4. Restart PC

5. Verify game files integrity

6. Repair Steam Library

Then try again

Make also sure she is not having any third party apps like Gamepass software running

Same thing. Game cache , nvidia cache deleted.
Drivers reinstalled, newest one too.. 0 result
Issue remains and appeared after that Apr 16th update

After that put this into game start options in steam:
--use-d3d11

Next enable FPS limiter in Nvidia control panel, NOT in the game.
This two steps works for me so try it.

This has happened to me as well, it's something to deal with on their end I think. I've. Tried all of these fixes still having frame rate issues
