Gun showing as question mark and game crash

I loaded into a game and noticed that my main weapon showed up as a question mark, I didn't load properly or something, shortly after my game crashed.
I have no clue where else to post this, so I hope it shows up at a dev, or they know about it already, but here is my attempt report a bug.
