Im getting unkown error when lauching and cant skip cutscene and fixes? ive validated and restarted machine

Same here, just purchased the game and trying to play for the first time and I get the cut scene, but after that "An unknown Error has Occurred". It keeps trying to "retry" but it has been doing that for 15 mins now. So frustrating.

same here just bought the game and verify integrity... re watched the super earth propaganda video ... unknown error.. restart pc... restart steam... verify integrity.. rejoin the propaganda clip.... unknown error ..... this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ loop is crazy! T T please fix it!!

just finished the tutorial closed the game when on the ship and now unable to skip the intro and get unknown error after the tutorial

I did all the google tricks and non worked. Just reinstalled and it seems to be working. I'm past the tutorial and on my ship. So we will see.
