Arrowhead Zendesk Support Help?

TL:DR: how long does a support ticket normally take to get responded too?
Anyone with personal experience with the support desk?

Does anyone know how long support normally takes to get back to you?
I've been waiting 11 days on my ticket now!

It's not technical issue, so probably lowest priority!
But still...

Had a cheater in our game, and now have maxed samples and money...

Don't want to play like this...
Progression and fun of the grind is broken for me!
And most importantly, don't want to get false flagged myself...
Have provided screenshots/details of the other players in said match!

Missing so much content is disheartening!

Just want to get back to playing again...

My experience is that they will close the ticket. You are not notified of the closure as their Zendesk system apparently does not send e-mails out. Been waiting on a ticket for audio issues after they closed my original ticket (8 days since the ticket was re-opened with no update).

I sent a ticket Feb 24, and on march 25, they sent a response that it was fixed in an update (it wasnt, I had to fix the problem myself). I have sent another ticket on an unrelated issue and I havent gotten a response. So Id say about a month

Submitted 2 tickets on Feb 10th. Still not even acknowledged. Their Zendesk is dead, if i say so.

Sucks, that we can't do anything...

On a positive note, was really enjoying it until this happened, just wait to see if it keeps is magic if/when they fix it!
